Excellent Book; Kindle Version Missing Important Diagrams and Figures!

I love Stoelting's Anesthesia and Co-Existing Diseases; it is my go-to resource in the OR and Pre-op area when needing a refresh of the particular anesthetic implications of disease states we encounter. The physical version is a big book and unreasonable to carry with me to the OR, so I was excited about having the resource on my iPad and phone in Kindle format. The navigation is pretty good in Kindle for a textbook and both the iPad and Android apps are able to be searched. However, there are quite a few graphics which are integral to the text which are simply missing. The areas where the figures/tables/graphics are supposed to be is replaced with a graphic that says "This image is not licensed for digital versions."
Buyer beware.

This book is a decent resource. I was expecting much more detail in regards to management of some of the more unusual diseases, such as multiple myeloma, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency, etc. If reading one of the bigger books, this one seems unnecessary, although it may be nice for a quick review later. For now it'll sit on my bookshelf...
